Welcome to SavAI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SavAI mobile application ("App"), developed by Tekinno Software LTD, which helps Costco members track price adjustments and view in-store prices and hot deals. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About SavAI

SavAI is an independent tool created by Tekinno Software LTD to assist Costco members. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Costco Wholesale Corporation or its subsidiaries. The App provides information based on user inputs and available data, but all price adjustments and deals are subject to Costco's policies and discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using SavAI, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. License to Use the App

Tekinno Software LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Use the App for illegal activities, commercial resale, or to harm others.
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality or security.

4. Your Responsibilities

Accurate Information

• You agree to provide accurate purchase data (e.g., receipts, dates) when using the App's price adjustment features. We are not responsible for errors due to inaccurate inputs.

Costco Policies

• You must comply with Costco's price adjustment and membership policies when seeking refunds or deals. SavAI does not guarantee approval or savings.

Account Security

• If the App requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and notifying us of unauthorized access at [email protected].

5. App Features and Limitations

Price Adjustments

• The App tracks price changes based on available data and user inputs. We do not control Costco's pricing or refund decisions.

In-Store Prices & Hot Deals

• Prices and deals are based on collected data and may not reflect real-time Costco inventory, regional variations, or exclusions (e.g., gold bullion).

No Warranty

• The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of data, nor do we promise specific savings.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-provided data), is owned by Tekinno Software LTD and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Tekinno Software LTD is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed savings, denied refunds, or data inaccuracies.
• Our total liability, if any, will not exceed $50 CAD.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including violation of these Terms, misuse, or discontinuation of the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
